Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Store Keeper to manage inventory and ensure smooth operations in our store. The role involves maintaining stock records, overseeing storage facilities, and ensuring efficient material handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and ensure proper storage of materials.
- Receiving & Dispatch: Oversee the receiving and dispatch of goods, ensuring quality and quantity checks.
- Stock Reconciliation: Conduct regular stock checks and audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Order Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate reports of stock movements and transactions.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure proper safety measures are followed in the store.
Requirements:
- 12th Pass, B.Com, B.A, or Diploma in Civil preferred.
- Experience in inventory or store management is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
