Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company in Sancoale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and smooth execution of business processes, leading a team, and driving improvements in productivity, quality, and overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee and manage the daily operations to ensure business functions run smoothly and efficiently.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and supervise the operations team, ensuring proper allocation of tasks and resources.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards.
- Inventory & Supply Chain: Manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers and vendors, and ensure the timely delivery of products/services.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all operations meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
- Budget Management: Monitor expenses, track operational costs, and ensure adherence to budgeted limits.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on operational performance, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Problem Solving: Address operational issues and conflicts promptly, providing solutions to ensure minimal disruptions.
- Customer Interaction: Ensure that the needs of internal and external stakeholders are met with efficiency and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a related industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams effectively and create a positive work environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, vendors, and customers.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with operations management software and systems is a plus.
