Job Description

We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Admin to manage day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist with scheduling, maintain office supplies, and provide support to various departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day office tasks, such as filing, scheduling appointments, managing emails, and answering phone calls.
  • Office Coordination: Maintain office supplies, ensure equipment is functional, and oversee general office organization.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation, including data entry and filing of important documents.
  • Client and Vendor Interaction: Coordinate with clients and vendors for office-related matters.
  • Meeting Arrangements: Organize meetings, including logistics, agendas, and meeting materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in office administration or related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage office tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
