Site Supervisor – Acrylic Sign Board Dealers

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and maintenance of acrylic sign boards. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or sign board installation and be able to manage site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Site Management: Supervise the installation of acrylic sign boards at various sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Team Coordination: Oversee and guide installation teams, ensuring they follow safety protocols and work efficiently.
Client Communication: Liaise with clients on-site to ensure their requirements are met and address any concerns promptly.
Material Management: Ensure the availability and proper handling of materials and tools for installation.
Quality Control: Inspect the finished installations to ensure they meet company standards and client specifications.
Reporting: Maintain records of work progress, material usage, and any on-site issues that arise.

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in sign board installation or construction).
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to manage clients and teams.
Knowledge of safety procedures and handling of equipment on-site.
Ability to handle project deadlines and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of acrylic sign boards and installation techniques is preferred.
Must own a bike and have a valid driving license.
