Job Description

Who Should Apply?

– 3+ years of office administration experience with founders or CXOs.
– Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and a passion for smooth operations.
– Excellent discretion and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Founder Support:
– Manage the Founder(s)’ calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings.
– Provide proactive support to ensure the Founder(s) can focus on strategic priorities.
– Draft and manage correspondence (emails, letters, etc.) with clear communication.
– Prepare presentations and reports as needed.
– Organize and manage travel logistics, including bookings.
– Manage expense reports and reimbursements.

Office Administration:
– Manage office supplies and equipment.
– Maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
– Prioritize and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
– Arrange and coordinate meetings, booking conference rooms, and catering.
– Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings.
– Oversee office procedures and ensure smooth workflow.

Job Specifications:

Technical Skills: CRM/ERP management, Calendar Management, MS Office/Google Suite.
Soft Skills: Communication, Documentation, Teamwork, Organization, Time Management, Attention to Detail.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Flexibility to travel.
