Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
🚗 Customer Interaction & Job Assessment
- Greet customers warmly and identify repair needs accurately using probing sheets
- Clearly explain repair processes and provide detailed cost estimates
🛠 Repair Monitoring & Updates
- Ensure usage of vehicle protection materials like seat covers and mats
- Monitor progress of repairs and keep customers updated about costs and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to maintain workflow efficiency
🧾 Invoice & Delivery
- Prepare and explain transparent service invoices, breaking down parts, labor, and lubricant charges
- Ensure all customer vehicles are clean and ready for delivery as per the committed time
📞 Post-Service Engagement
- Conduct Post-Service Follow-up calls within 3 days of delivery to confirm customer satisfaction
- Promptly resolve customer complaints and communicate timelines for resolution
