Job Description
We are looking to add an energetic Sales Specialist to join our team to help us leverage our growth journey. If you have experience in selling marketing automation solutions, CRM, HubSpot and/or related services, this is a great opportunity that you might have been waiting for.
Responsibilities of Sales Specialist:
– Run a full sales cycle and close new business deals consistently to meet or exceed targets
– Prospect for leads relevant to the various apps and services
– Work on leads of the companies that fit companys ideal customer profile.
– Partner with marketing and technology departments to build a predictable revenue pipeline.
– Create and execute new sales strategies as we introduce enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products.
– Conduct detailed discovery and needs analysis with prospects to recommend the right products or solutions.
– Collaborate with various teams within company to design viable solutions for prospects
– Work on HubSpot CRM to ensure all leads are tracked, and all deals are closely monitored
– Collaborate with HubSpot’s sales team to close the right type of deals
Sales Specialist Skills Required:
– Hands – on experience in running a full sales cycle and closing the right business deals.
– Hands on experience in winning new accounts as well as generating business in existing customer bases.
– Accurate forecasting and pipeline management skills.
– Deep understanding of the HubSpot platform.
– Experience in selling HubSpot / HubSpot services would be an added advantage.
– Experience in giving great demos of SaaS products
– Energetic, outgoing, empathetic and pleasing personality
– Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills and relationship building skills
– Great negotiation skills and work ethics
– Believes in creating value for the prospects.
