Production Supervisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities.
• Ensure all machines run smoothly without jams or breakdowns.
• Quickly troubleshoot any process or equipment issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.
• Maintain shift logs and production reports.
• Guide and support machine operators.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• Experience in a manufacturing setup (tape or related preferred).
• Good problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
