Job Description
We are hiring a detail-oriented professional to manage procurement, inventory, and material dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage purchase orders; coordinate with suppliers for on-time material receipt.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages.
- Ensure timely dispatch of materials to customers as per delivery schedules.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and manage related payment records.
- Collaborate with accounts and other departments to ensure smooth operations and process improvements.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in procurement/inventory (manufacturing/distribution preferred)
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & inventory software
