Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by the Director.
- Coordinate and follow up on various business and operational activities with department heads.
- Organize board meetings, internal reviews, and other key business gatherings; take minutes and ensure timely action on decisions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information and company matters.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing business documents, contracts, and internal communication.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
- Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and office coordination.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle pressure with discretion
