Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin/Accountant to manage day-to-day administrative and accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and maintaining daily attendance records and leave applications of all staff.
- Compiling salary data and preparing monthly salary sheets.
- Ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Preparing and filing Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESIC) details.
- Make weekly payments to Vendors.
- Preparing accounting ledgers.
- Follow-up for outstanding collections by email, whatsapp, calls etc.
- Daily entry of accounting transactions in Tally/ERP or other software.
- Assisting in preparation of reports and financial statements.
- 1-2 years of experience
