We are looking for a dedicated IT Executive to assist in maintaining and improving system performance across departments. The role involves managing system connections, FTP setup, SQL databases, and supporting daily IT operations to ensure seamless workflow. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating with teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor system connections, FTP servers, and network configurations
Write and execute SQL queries and work with PG Admin for database management
Troubleshoot system errors, connection issues, and data-related problems
Support automation processes and maintain system accuracy through auto-calculations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure IT systems run smoothly
Maintain proper documentation and assist in system upgrades when required
