Designation:
SAP Analyst / SAP Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and support SAP-related activities across departments to ensure
smooth system functioning.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Provide hands-on support for configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP
modules (MM, SD, PP, FI, CO, HR, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues in coordination with internal IT and
external support teams.
• Collaborate with business users to streamline processes and implement best
practices within SAP.
• Ensure accurate data entry, system maintenance, and adherence to ERP standards.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and
training materials.
• Conduct end-user training and ensure consistent adoption of SAP processes.
• Support ERP integration initiatives and contribute to system upgrades and
enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 5- 7 years of experience in ERP management, with hands-on
experience in SAP (S/4HANA preferred).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and their alignment with
ERP systems.
• Proficiency in one or more SAP functional modules (MM, SD, PP, FI, CO, HR,
etc.).
• Experience in SAP implementation, testing, and user support is essential.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
effectively.
