Plant Head

Job Responsibilities
• Oversee complete plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance,
and dispatch.
• Strong background in press shop, stamping, fabrication, and assembly
processes.
• Proven experience working in high-volume automotive manufacturing setups.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute production schedules to meet delivery
targets.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and process discipline.
• Lead, train, and motivate production teams for improved performance and
efficiency.
• Monitor productivity, reduce downtime, and drive cost and waste reduction.
• Coordinate with other departments for material planning, maintenance, and
logistics.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant manufacturing environment.
Qualifications and Experience
• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial
Engineering.
• Experience: 10–15 years total experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a
leadership or plant in-charge role.
• Hands-on experience of press machines, stamping tools, fabrication, and assembly
line operations.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and Kaizen practices.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be capable of managing plant operations independently.
