Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting property presentations, and converting prospects into successful sales. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, ensuring a smooth experience for clients from inquiry to post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Interaction
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, market visits, and referrals.
- Handle inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns, property portals, and walk-ins.
- Understand client needs, budgets, and preferences to recommend suitable properties.
Property Presentation & Sales Conversion
- Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
- Present property features, pricing, amenities, and project details confidently.
- Manage negotiation and closure of deals in alignment with company guidelines.
- Assist clients with booking formalities, documentation, and registration processes.
Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain updated knowledge of project inventory, pricing, offers, and competitor trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Legal for smooth sales processing.
- Maintain accurate CRM entries for all leads, calls, visits, and sales stages.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track achievement against monthly/quarterly targets.
Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of local real estate market trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and basic reporting.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
