Branch Manager

Job Description

The Branch Manager will oversee the smooth functioning of all branch operations, including inventory, administration, cash handling, and team supervision. The role requires strong coordination skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage daily processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Branch Management

• Ensure daily branch activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor order processing, stock movement, replenishment, and delivery coordination.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels as per standards and reduce stock issues.

2. Cash & Banking

• Manage cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and reconciliation.
• Track accounts receivables and ensure timely collection.
• Maintain proper documentation for expenses and claims.

3. Administrative Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping, office maintenance, and infrastructure readiness.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and basic HR administration.
• Ensure compliance with branch checklists and operational guidelines.

4. Statutory & Compliance

• Coordinate with government agencies for licenses, renewals, and statutory documents.
• Ensure zero compliance issues related to labour, shops & establishment, or licensing.

5. Team Supervision

• Guide and support delivery staff, system operators, helpers, and field team.
• Monitor daily sales team reports, productivity, and market performance.
• Maintain updated documentation such as Wall Board and Blackbook.

6. Audit & Reporting

• Lead branch audits and assessments and prepare action plans.
• Submit required reports on inventory, expenses, deliveries, and operations.
• Ensure 100% completion of audit action items.

Skills & Requirements

Education

• Graduate in any discipline
• Basic computer knowledge

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, administration, accounts, or customer service

Skills

• Strong leadership and people-handling skills
• Good communication (English + local language)
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple teams
• Problem-solving mindset and maturity in decision-making

• 25 years & above
