Job Description
We are hiring an Accountant to manage the financial records of our electrical shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts, managing invoicing, and ensuring proper bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Manage invoicing, billing, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare and maintain balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping.
- Assist in tax filing and auditing procedures.
- Inventory management and financial analysis of stock levels.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Expertise in Tally for accounting operations
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial record keeping
- Familiarity with inventory management
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Qualification:
- B.Com or equivalent degree in accounting or finance
