At Your Job Box, we strive to provide the best possible service to our users. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for services offered through our platform. By using our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Subscription Services
Subscription Cancellations
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current annual billing cycle.
Refunds
- Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscriptions will be prorated based on the number of months remaining in the subscription term. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the subscription start date to be eligible.
2. One-Time Services
Cancellations
- If you have purchased a one-time service (e.g., resume writing, job posting), you may cancel the service within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided that the service has not already been rendered.
Refunds
- Refunds for one-time services will be processed if the service is canceled within the 24-hour cancellation window and the service has not been rendered. Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered.
3. Training and Development Services
Cancellations
- Online Courses and Workshops: You may cancel your registration for an online course or workshop up to 7 days before the scheduled start date for a full refund.
- In-Person Courses and Workshops: You may cancel your registration for an in-person course or workshop up to 14 days before the scheduled start date for a full refund.
Refunds
- Online Courses and Workshops: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled start date.
- In-Person Courses and Workshops: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled start date.
4. Process for Cancellations and Refunds

Please provide your account information, the service you wish to cancel, and the reason for the cancellation. Our team will review your request and process it in accordance with this policy.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please inform our support team, and we will work with you to find an alternative solution.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
