Heavy Vehicle Driver

Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Heavy Vehicle Driver to join our team in Goa. The ideal candidate must have a valid HMV license and proven experience in operating trucks or other commercial vehicles. Safety, reliability, and punctuality are critical to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate trucks or other heavy commercial vehicles for transporting goods and materials.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery across various locations within Goa.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform minor maintenance.
• Maintain accurate delivery and fuel logs.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company guidelines.
• Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding delays, incidents, or vehicle issues.
• Assist in loading/unloading goods when needed.
• Keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy.

Qualifications:

• Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) license from RTO.
• Minimum 1 year of experience driving heavy commercial vehicles.
• Good knowledge of Goa routes and traffic regulations.
• Ability to follow delivery instructions and basic documentation.
• Physically fit and comfortable with long driving hours.
