Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join a reputed automobile dealership. The role involves managing end-to-end customer interactions — from generating leads to closing sales, offering financial solutions, and ensuring an excellent post-delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for walk-in customers and enquiries.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct needs analysis and recommend suitable vehicle models and variants.
Provide vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
Explain financing, insurance, and exchange options in detail.
Manage bookings, payments, and coordinate with internal departments for seamless delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM / dealer management systems.
Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
Conduct follow-up calls for post-delivery feedback and long-term engagement.
Participate in promotional activities, events, and showroom campaigns.
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma in any stream.
1–3 years of experience in sales (automobile preferred; freshers may apply).
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with ability to build trust and rapport.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and local languages (Konkani/Marathi) is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Salary & Benefits:
₹22,000 – ₹30,000/- per month + ESI & PF
