Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly
• Generate enquiries and follow up via calls, test drives, and home visits.
• Maintain executive kit and be well-groomed in brand-prescribed uniform.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable car variants with financial plans.
• Provide vehicle demonstrations and offer test drives.
• Deliver e-brochures, e-quotes, and explain schemes and offers.
• Capture customer details digitally and maintain accurate records.
• Process bookings, manage payments (cash/finance), and be present at vehicle delivery.
• Coordinate with finance and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct events and participate in showroom promotions.
• Present suitable product offers and optional packages.
• Handle objections and negotiate based on customer value.
• Manage sales documentation and close deals effectively.
• Deliver new vehicles professionally and explain all features.
• Follow up post-delivery and build strong long-term customer relationships.
• Actively prospect and expand the customer database.
• Update all prospect details and follow-ups in the CRM/e-Dealer system.
