Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Regularly call dealers to establish relationships, take orders, pitch new products, and resolve issues to meet sales targets.
- Order Management: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and punch orders into the ERP system for both self and team members.
- Support for Field Team: Assist team members in the field with sales and stock data input into the system.
- Billing Management: Complete billing for ready stock vehicles, drives, and cement bills
- Payment Tracking: Provide real-time information on outstanding dealer payments and manage ledger unblocking in the system.
- Bounced Cheque Follow-up: Follow up with dealers on bounced cheques to prevent credit blocks.
- Customer Invoicing: Generate invoices with the help of the back-office team, ensuring customers receive materials promptly.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Promote additional products to achieve sales targets effectively.
- Customer Support: Attend to customer issues and complaints, resolving or escalating them to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Return Monitoring: Regularly monitor material returns and credit notes to minimize sales returns.
- Dealer Relationship Management: Maintain and expand the dealer network within the assigned territory through regular calls and engagement with new dealers.
- Quotation Preparation: Prepare and provide quotations for new dealer appointments.
- Payment Collection: Ensure the receipt of outstanding payments through consistent follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Continuous Learning: Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new and existing products.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in all sales-related group discussions to contribute to team objectives.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Market Feedback: Provide the product team with market feedback regarding product performance and customer reactions.
- Data Management: Update daily records in Google Forms on payments collected and pending market issues.
- Report Tracking: Utilize mobile applications/software for tracking and updating daily reports.
- Marketing Collateral Support: Assist the field team with marketing materials, including price lists, brochures, samples, order forms, bill copies, and credit note copies.
- Team Training: Train new team members and help them get up to speed on processes and sales techniques.
Specifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi, English, and Konkani.
- Personal Attributes: Pleasant personality with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Learning Aptitude: Demonstrated ability and willingness for continuous learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in email communication, MS Office (especially Excel), and experience with ERP and CRM software.
