Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
🔧 Service Reception & Job Diagnosis
- Greet customers and use probing sheets to accurately identify service needs
- Explain recommended repairs and generate detailed cost estimates
🧼 Vehicle Care & Workflow Management
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness through proper use of protective materials (seat covers, mats)
- Track the repair progress and update customers about changes in cost or timelines
📄 Billing & Delivery
- Provide clear and itemized invoices (parts, labor, lubricants)
- Ensure the vehicle is clean and ready before the promised delivery time
📞 Customer Satisfaction & Feedback
- Follow up with customers 3 days post-delivery to ensure satisfaction
Take ownership of complaints and resolve issues within promised time
