Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Project Manager to join our leadership team in Goa, Gujarat, Ahmedabad, and Rajkot. You will manage and direct project management activities, act as liaison between client, stakeholders, engineers, contractors, third-party construction managers and other consultants during the execution phase of a project. This position will also be responsible for the coordination during the execution phase and close out of projects.

Who should apply?
● Hold electrical contractor license.
● The Project Manager will be responsible for independently executing solar PV
projects of upto 15-20 mW while maintaining budget and schedule.
● The candidate must deliver positive results and assume accountability for
delivering projects on an approved schedule and on budget to maintain value and
protect profitability.
● Hold a solid time management system and demonstrate excellent organizational
skills.

Key Responsibilities include leading the team to accomplish the following tasks.
● Lead the planning and execution of residential, commercial & C&I solar projects (rooftop,
ground-mounted, shed-mounted) from inception to completion.
● Manage project budgets,timelines, and resources effectively.
● Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, finance, operations) and
external stakeholders (clients, contractors, utilities, government).
● Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and procurement.
● Manage project bids and make informed recommendations.
● Navigate and facilitate the utility interconnection process.
● Secure necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
● Conducts ite inspections and quality control assessments.
● Monitor project progress and address potential risks.
● Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
● Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress reports.
● Foster strong client relationships and maintain top-quality customer service.

Technical Skills: CRM/ERP, Calendar Management, MS Office/Google Suite.

Soft Skills: Communication (English, Hindi preferred), Documentation & Presentation,
Strategy Building, Teamwork, Organization & Analysis, Time Management & Multitasking,
Learning & Articulation, Customer Service, Attention to Detail.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project
Management, or a related field. PMP is a plus.
● Proven experience in project management within the solar energy industry.
● Strong understanding of solar technologies, project development, construction
processes, utility interconnection, and city permitting.
