Property Manager – Goa (Airbnb Properties)

Job Description

We are looking for a Property Manager to oversee the management of 7 Airbnb-listed properties across Goa. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of all properties, and provide exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Handle check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Property Maintenance: Ensure all properties are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready at all times.
• Coordination: Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any property issues promptly.
• Guest Support: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve any concerns, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Monitor property supplies and ensure everything is stocked and in working condition.
• Reporting: Regularly update property statuses and report any maintenance or guest issues to the management team.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years in property management, hospitality, or a similar role.
• License: Valid car and bike license is mandatory.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with the Airbnb platform and booking systems is a plus.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours based on guest check-in/check-out schedules.
