We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Telecallers/BPO Executives. The role primarily involves interacting with clients over the phone, providing information about our services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to communicate with potential and existing clients.
- Provide detailed information about the company’s services and offerings.
Lead Conversion:
- Identify client needs and present suitable solutions to drive conversions.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close deals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain a friendly and professional approach while dealing with customers.
- Address client queries and resolve concerns efficiently.
Database Management:
- Update and maintain client information in the database regularly.
- Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Share feedback and insights to improve processes and client satisfaction.
Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and lead-generation goals.
- Focus on achieving performance benchmarks while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum High School (12th Pass); Graduates are preferred.Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or BPO roles (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).Technical Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Excellent listening abilities and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to handle pressure and remain target-focused.
