Job Description
We are looking for a customer centric problem solver. Experience in the solar, power or EPC industry would be a plus! You’ll collaborate closely with founders,project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure projects meet client specifications, industry standards, and budget constraints.
Who should apply?
● A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in customer-facing roles preferably within the solar energy sector.
● in a customer-facing role or within the renewable energy industry.
● Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts
● Collaborative spirit both within the commercial team and with the product team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Primary Owner of all customers and deals, ensuring customer satisfaction through-out the customer lifecycle.
● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and procurement processes to effectively position our solutions.
● Building strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers by staying in constant communication and efficiently resolving issues tailored to individual needs.
● Ensure an overall great customer experience and onboarding through communication and customer education.
● Driving retention and expansion through upselling and cross-selling.
● Be the voice of the customer internally with deep customer understanding and communicate customer feedback and experiences to the rest of the team.
● Maintain calendar, notes, CRM for themselves and team.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline.
