Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Floor Supervisor to oversee floor operations at a reputed automobile dealership. The role requires managing the complete flow of vehicles within the service area, ensuring smooth operations, and coordinating with various teams to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise all activities on the workshop/service floor, ensuring smooth vehicle movement and workflow.
Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor daily work schedules.
Ensure vehicles are received, inspected, and delivered on time.
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards on the workshop floor.
Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Spare Parts team for efficient service delivery.
Track service progress, escalate delays, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Prepare and maintain daily workshop activity and productivity reports.
Train and guide junior staff and technicians in service processes.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and service quality standards.

Requirements
ITI (Motor Mechanic Vehicle / Diesel Mechanic) or Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
3–5 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor / Workshop Controller in an automobile dealership.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of vehicle servicing processes and workshop operations.
LMV Driving License is mandatory.
