As an On-Field Sales Executive, you will actively visit clients to promote products/services, generate leads, and close sales. This role requires someone who is confident, enjoys meeting people, and is comfortable working independently on the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to potential and existing clients to build relationships and promote products.
- Sales Pitch & Presentations: Present products and services, highlighting benefits tailored to client needs.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by employing effective sales strategies.
- Customer Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Reporting: Document field activities, sales progress, and client feedback for further analysis.
Requirements:
- Valid bike license and willingness to travel within the designated area.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Goal-driven and proactive in pursuing sales opportunities.
