Job Description
The Technical Solutions Executive (TSE) plays a vital role in connecting client needs with technology-driven construction solutions. Reporting directly to the Director, the TSE works closely with sales and account teams to understand client objectives, propose customized solutions, and ensure successful delivery. This role combines technical acumen, customer relationship skills, and industry insight to deliver value and drive long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Solution-Oriented Approach
Understand customer challenges and design tailored technical solutions.
Apply construction industry insights to create practical, scalable strategies.
🔹 Technical Evaluation & Closure
Lead technical evaluations and finalize solution architecture.
Ensure successful handover and adoption of solutions by clients.
🔹 Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure smooth transitions from sales engagement to deployment.
🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with operations, tech, and marketing teams to support implementation.
Help deliver cohesive go-to-market strategies and post-sales support.
🔹 Leadership & Knowledge Sharing
Represent the company in industry forums and events.
Mentor internal teams by sharing product and market knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction project planning and delivery
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage clients and drive project execution
Additional Requirements:
✅ Valid two-wheeler license (Mandatory)
✅ Based in North Goa
