Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our distributed team across multiple offices in Goa. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions—recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and reporting.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in HR operations and a good understanding of Indian labor laws. This is a multi-location role, and travel allowance will be provided for visits to different office locations.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.
- Conduct smooth onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain candidate and employee database.
📌 Payroll & Attendance
- Process monthly payroll including variables, deductions (PF, ESI), reimbursements, and bonuses.
- Track and update attendance, leaves, and working hours across all office locations.
- Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and statutory payments.
📌 Compliance & Labor Law
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws such as Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESI, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages, Gratuity Act, etc.
- Maintain up-to-date statutory registers and documentation for audits.
- Assist in labor inspections and resolve any queries related to HR compliance.
📌 Employee Records & Engagement
- Maintain accurate employee data (personal details, bank info, ID proofs, etc.).
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, salary, and documentation.
- Support performance appraisal cycles and feedback collection.
- Plan small-scale employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
📌 Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports (attendance, attrition, recruitment status, etc.).
- Ensure documentation for new hires, exits, and transfers is updated and organized.
- Assist with HR audits and prepare data as required.
Candidate Profile:
✅ Educational Qualification:
- Graduate or Post-Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
✅ Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
✅ Skills Required:
- Good verbal and written communication in English, Konkani, and Hindi.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email etiquette.
- Understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel between office locations (allowance will be provided).
