Job Description
Job Role:
The Back Office Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations by handling administrative tasks, documentation, and data management. The role requires strong coordination skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to ensure smooth back-end operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, maintain, and update reports using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Manage and organize office records, invoices, bills, and other documents.
3. Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and compilation.
4. Support the sales/service/admin teams with backend tasks and follow-ups.
5. Assist in maintaining filing systems and ensuring data accuracy.
6. Handle internal communications, emails, and documentation as required.
7. Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review.
8. Ensure confidentiality and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or office support role.
Prior experience in the automobile industry or dealership operations will be an advantage.
Skills Required:
1. Proficiency in MS Excel (including basic formulas, formatting, and charts).
2. Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
3. Good communication and organizational skills.
4. Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
