Job Description – Back Office Executive (Automobile Industry)
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical support for the dealership/service department.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle sales, service, and inventory.
Assist in preparing job cards, invoices, and billing-related documentation.
Support the service and sales teams with MIS reports, data entry, and customer follow-ups.
Coordinate with finance/accounts for payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
Manage filing, correspondence, and documentation for compliance.
Ensure smooth workflow between front-end teams and back office.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good typing speed and accuracy in data entry.
Basic accounting knowledge (preferred).
Effective communication in English, Konkani, and Hindi.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
