Commercial Sales Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our commercial vehicle division at Margao.

Job Role:
The Commercial Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying potential commercial vehicle customers, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable vehicle solutions. This role involves direct sales, client interaction, and business development to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads.
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable commercial vehicle options.
3. Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations to prospective clients.
4. Maintain strong follow-up with leads to convert them into confirmed sales.
5. Coordinate with the internal team for loan processing, registration, and vehicle delivery.
6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and fleet operators.
7. Maintain daily reports and share market insights with the sales manager.
8. Represent the brand professionally at all times.

Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
Minimum Qualification: H.S.S.C. (Higher Secondary School Certificate)

Experience:
0 to 1 year of experience in sales.
Candidates with prior experience in Auto Sales, Finance, FMCG, or Insurance sectors will be preferred.
Freshers with a strong interest in sales are also welcome to apply.

Other Requirements:
Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving License is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and customer-centric attitude.
