Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Customer Care Executive (Back-End) to handle customer calls and service coordination in our automobile service department. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls for bookings, reminders, feedback, and ensuring a smooth communication flow between customers and the service team.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for service appointments, reminders, and follow-ups.
Provide vehicle service status updates to customers.
Record and update customer details in CRM / internal systems.
Conduct post-service feedback calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues or complaints to the Service Advisor/Manager.
Assist in warranty claim follow-ups and customer surveys.
Prepare and maintain daily reports of calls, bookings, and customer feedback.
Support the service team with smooth backend coordination.

Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma in any stream.
0–2 years of experience in customer care/calling roles (automobile service preferred).
Excellent telephone etiquette, communication & listening skills.
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language is an advantage.
