Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, well-organized, and customer-oriented Front Desk Associate to manage the reception area of our showroom. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth and professional customer experience by handling walk-ins, calls, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media with professionalism.
- Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and daily front desk reports.
- Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure timely customer support.
- Manage front office documentation, filing, and basic administrative duties.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, well-organized, and presentable at all times.
- Follow up with customers for feedback, pending communication, and support queries.
- Assist during showroom events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate in any stream.
- 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer interaction and multitasking abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, email handling, and social media communication.
- Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and a customer-first attitude.
