5. Skillfully negotiate and close deals, handling any complaints or objections with professionalism.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within the real estate sector.
2. Proficiency in English and Konkani; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
3. Strong knowledge of MS Office.
4. Quick learner with a passion for sales.
5. Self-driven and results-oriented.
