Telecaller – Real Estate

Job Description

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Telecaller to join our real estate team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and assisting them with property inquiries to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
• Provide detailed information about available properties and services.
• Schedule site visits and follow up with clients to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and inquiries.
• Address customer queries and build strong relationships for long-term collaboration.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling customer queries over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of real estate trends (training provided).
• Proficiency in MS Office or basic CRM software is a plus.
• Positive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset.
