Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Staff member to handle data entry and telecalling tasks. This role involves managing administrative duties and supporting the team to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data in company systems and maintain updated records.
- Telecalling: Make calls to clients, gather information, and address queries.
- Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents and reports.
- Coordination: Support the team by managing schedules and follow-ups as required.
Requirements:
- Strong typing and data management skills.
- Good verbal communication for telecalling tasks.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
