Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves visiting construction sites, gathering client requirements, preparing quotations, and managing sales. The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, and have good interpersonal skills to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Visits: Regularly visit construction sites to gather client requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Client Interaction: Build relationships with contractors, architects, and project managers to understand their needs.
• Quotations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotations based on site requirements.
• Sales Management: Follow up with clients, negotiate deals, and close sales to achieve targets.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to develop effective sales strategies.
• Reporting: Maintain records of site visits, client interactions, and sales progress for management review.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass, Diploma, or a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com/B.A preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) for preparing quotations and managing records.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
