Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Service Manager to oversee our service operations and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. The role involves managing 8-10 service teams, resolving customer complaints, and handling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate 8-10 service teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Customer Support: Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- AMC Handling: Manage and oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts, ensuring proper execution and client satisfaction.
- Scheduling & Monitoring: Assign and monitor daily tasks for service teams to meet client requirements.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot service issues and provide on-the-spot solutions when necessary.
- Performance Tracking: Track the performance of service teams and provide regular feedback for improvement.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service reports, and AMC documentation.
Requirements:
- 12th Pass, Diploma, or a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com/B.A preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) for managing reports and schedules.
- Strong communication skills in English (Konkani/Hindi is a plus).
