Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our printing press business in Panjim. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing and print-ready materials to meet our clients’ diverse needs. This role requires proficiency in design software and a keen eye for detail, ensuring all designs are of high quality and aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop and design materials for print, including brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, and packaging.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize tools such as Canva, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Photoshop to create high-quality designs.
• Pre-Press Preparation: Ensure all designs are print-ready, handling file setup, formatting, and color corrections.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all printed materials and ensure adherence to client specifications.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of designs.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends and printing technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, preferably in the printing industry.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Canva, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Photoshop. Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite tools is a plus.
• Design Skills: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, especially in print quality and design accuracy.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
• Time Management: Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
