We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Admin to manage day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist with scheduling, maintain office supplies, and provide support to various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day office tasks, such as filing, scheduling appointments, managing emails, and answering phone calls.
- Office Coordination: Maintain office supplies, ensure equipment is functional, and oversee general office organization.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation, including data entry and filing of important documents.
- Client and Vendor Interaction: Coordinate with clients and vendors for office-related matters.
- Meeting Arrangements: Organize meetings, including logistics, agendas, and meeting materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in office administration or related field.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage office tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
