We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive & Business Developer to join our IT company in Panjim. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Identify and generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Business Development: Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and markets.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1.5 – 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the IT sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of IT products and services is an added advantage.
