Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive & Business Developer to join our IT company in Panjim. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Identify and generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Business Development: Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and markets.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1.5 – 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of IT products and services is an added advantage.
