Job Description

Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and mentoring the sales team, driving revenue growth, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring successful property sales closures. This role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, train, and manage the sales team including executives and channel partners/brokers.
  • Set clear targets, monitor performance metrics, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market networking, partnerships, and channel development.
  • Ensure effective execution of sales plans during project launches and promotions.

Client Engagement & Sales Closures

  • Oversee client interactions, property showings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat/referral business.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, timely bookings, and seamless post-sales coordination.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with developers, marketing teams, and CRM teams for project updates, campaigns, and inventory management.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and smooth transactions.

Reporting & Market Insights

  • Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to the Sales Head/Management.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and overall market conditions.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and client-relationship abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of the real estate market and developer ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and MS Office.
  • Two-wheeler/four-wheeler with valid license preferred.
