We are seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee and elevate our online presence. The role involves creating engaging content, managing social platforms, analyzing performance, and driving brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule content (posts, reels, videos) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build a strong online community.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track growth and engagement.
- Stay updated with social media trends and implement strategies to enhance reach.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team for high-quality visuals and campaigns.
- Create monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or Mass Communication.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop (a plus), or basic video editing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.
