Counter Sales Executive – Tiles & Sanitary Showroom

Location: Ponda, Goa
Experience: 0–2 years (Showroom/Retail Sales preferred)
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 (based on experience)
Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
– Welcome customers entering the showroom and understand their product requirements.
– Showcase the tile and sanitary product range clearly and professionally.
– Explain features, benefits, pricing, and available options to customers.
– Guide customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences.
– Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
– Coordinate with the billing/stock team for order processing.
– Maintain cleanliness, display arrangement, and product labels in the showroom.
– Maintain customer enquiry records and follow up when needed.
– Support the team in managing showroom inventory and product samples.

Key Requirements:
– Good communication & customer-handling skills.
– Presentable, polite, and customer-friendly approach.
– Basic computer skills (billing/entry is an advantage).
– Ability to understand product specifications and explain them clearly.
– Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
