On-Field Sales Executive – Tiles & Sanitary Products

Location: Ponda, Goa
Experience: Minimum 1 year (Field Sales)
Salary: Up to ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
Allowances: Daily Travel Allowance ₹250/day + Incentives
Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Requirement: Two-wheeler mandatory

Job Responsibilities:
– Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, and hardware/tile shops within assigned territories to promote sales.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to increase product visibility.
– Generate new leads and convert them into active business partners.
– Follow up with existing clients to ensure repeat orders and consistent sales.
– Maintain daily records of market visits, client interactions, and order updates.
– Share company catalogues, samples, and product information with retailers.
– Track competitor products, pricing, and market strategies.
– Meet monthly sales targets and ensure proper market coverage.
– Support in payment collection when needed.
– Represent the brand professionally in all field interactions.

Key Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (tiles, sanitary, hardware, FMCG preferred).
– Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
– Target-driven and self-motivated.
– Good knowledge of Ponda market and nearby areas.
– Two-wheeler with valid license is compulsory.
