Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team in . The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience while handling daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries in person and over the phone.
- Appointment Management: Maintain and update the salon’s appointment book, ensuring no overlaps or conflicts.
- Billing and Payments: Process bills, handle cash/card transactions, and maintain accurate payment records.
- Customer Service: Address customer queries, recommend salon services, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Record Maintenance: Keep client records updated, including services availed and preferences.
- Salon Coordination: Communicate effectively with stylists and other staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Inventory Monitoring: Track and report salon supplies to ensure sufficient stock is available.
- Accommodation will be provided.
- Paid Overtime and Incentives on membership sales.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems for scheduling and billing.
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in reception or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
