Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a knack for networking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings to pitch products/services to potential clients.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, contracts, and agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (freshers with strong skills may apply).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
