We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a knack for networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to pitch products/services to potential clients.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (freshers with strong skills may apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
